Beginners need an affordable but easy playing bow, not too heavy, not too long, but with a good sound. These bows made out of Acacia or Service tree wood provide an excellent start on the treble and tenor viol for only 500 euros and on the bass viol for 600 euros. Bows for kids : 400 euros.
